I work for a Manufacturing company based in Lake Elsniore with a fabrication facility in Perris (connects to our HQ through a VPN). We'd worked with another MSP prior to WaveTech - unfortunately, our ignorance in IT allowed them to take advantage of us. It took us 2 years (of our 3-year contract) to unwind the mess they made and terminate the agreement. I have family in the IT hardware business and he was quick to recommend WaveTech, specifically JR Harris, as they use them for jobs beyond their internal skill sets. From the initial consultation and walk-through, JR's passion for his profession was clear. It was a LONG process getting to know each other, from an organizational standpoint, further complicated by us purchasing a new server, as well. It was not only onboarding, but installing a new server on which we were migrating and virtualizing our existing servers, then setting up network securities for the entire organization of 65 people. To me, this sounds extremely complicated - for JR and his crew, all in a day's work. Every question posed was answered promptly and thoroughly. Things i did not understand were detailed in layman's terms to ensure we knew for what we were paying. The process is finally complete and, most impressive, they stuck to budget and beat their timelines. I was constantly receiving emails and text messages after hours and on weekend from JR - you do NOT receive this level of service anywhere these days. It's been a long road for us in the IT world and we've learned some expensive lessons along the way. We're confident we've found a long term partner in WaveTech.
